In times of stress we often forget how easy it is to grab a quick juice to help us through the day. This recipe doesn’t require much work and can be stored in the fridge for 2 days. 

 

50 grams of Fennel

150 grams of Romaine Lettuce

50 Grams of Celery 

180 Grams of Pineapple

1 Handful of Parsley leaves
