Beetroot Smoothie

Looking for a succulent way to get nutrients and nurture your gallbladder? Give a try to this very simple and colourful recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beet 
  • 1 medium carrot 
  • 1 medium green apple 
  • 4 leaves of basil
  • 1 cm of ginger root
  • 1 cup of  water (or more depending to your taste)

Directions:

Peel the vegetables, wash them and mix everything in a blender. 

Blend and drink!
